Most of us have played frisbee at some point in our lives. Whether it’s on a beach, with a team doing ultimate, or just tossing it to a dog. But frisbee can be a solo sport. Nobody knows this better than Rob McLeod, who recently competed at the 2019 World Overall Flying Disc Championships. He won gold in the Self Caught Flight category for the 5th consecutive time. Rob McLeod joins me now to talk about his win and dive a little deeper into the world of disc.
