Last week, I spent 2 days speaking and teaching frisbee to more than 550 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 about physical literacy, learning from failure, getting Unplugg’d, and what is possible with frisbee.
They learned all about throwing & catching, disc golf, freestyle, and creating throws & games.
