I spent 2 days speaking and teaching frisbee to students from Grade 6-8 at Kars on the Rideau Public School.
On the first day, I started off with the assembly where I challenged the students to go this weekend without a screen, talked about the value of physical literacy (multi sport participation), and the importance of learning from failure (resiliency).
