Rob and Jill got out for some early morning training in the frigid (-15C) temperatures at Bowness Lagoon. One of Rob’s throws came down too sleep and landed on the ice vertically, instantly exploding.

Rob, Jill and Jennie will be attempting to break the Men’s and Women’s World Records for Self Caught Flight on Ice Skates at the Silver Skate Festival on February 11 from 12-2pm at Hawrelak Park.
