Today was another gym session because it’s too warm to skate so I took full advantage by doing the Day 2 workout from https://www.exercise.com/workout-plans/speed-skating-workout-plan.

My body is already sore and my arms gave out during the pushups, but this will help me get a faster rotation and more snap which means a bigger throw for a higher MTA and longer TRC.
