Rob McLeod broke his WFDF World Record for Throw, Run and Catch on ice skates (TRC) with a throw and catch at 82.3 metres (270 feet). He also broke his record for Self Caught Flight on ice skates (SCF) with a total of 139.17 (10.34 s MTA and 82.3 m TRC).

This record was broken on February 14 during the 25th Annual Silver Skate Festival at Hawrelak Park in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

I’ve been training for my February 14, 2015 attempt of 3 Guinness World Records on Ice for Self Caught Flight with a Frisbee everyday at Bowness Lagoon in Calgary, Alberta. Back in October, Davy Whippet and I attempted to break the WFDF World Record for Canine MTA and the Guinness World Record for Flying Disc – Time Aloft, dog. Although the names are slightly different, they are the same record.

On Sunday, October 12, we successfully broke the previous record with a throw and catch of 10.56 seconds. That time was measured from the point I released the disc to when Davy caught it. The previous record was 10.14 seconds.
